These terms explain what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you, when you book a private transfer, chauffeur, day trip or tour with Kesh Majestic Mobility. By confirming a booking, you accept them.
Who we are
Kesh Majestic Mobility SARL is a Moroccan company based in Marrakech (IF 73353794, RC 185825, ICE 004022624000052), with its office at 943 Lot Al Massar, Route de Safi, Marrakech 40000, Morocco. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Kesh Majestic Mobility, and “you” means the person who makes the booking and the passengers travelling under it.
These terms apply to every booking, whether it is made on this website, by WhatsApp, by phone, by email or through a partner such as a hotel, riad or travel agency.
Bookings and confirmation
- You can request a booking on this website or by WhatsApp. We first let you know that we have received your request, then send you an official confirmation with your booking details.
- Your booking is confirmed only once you receive that official confirmation. When a payment or deposit is required, it is confirmed once we have received it.
- We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day and last-minute bookings are accepted, subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.
- Please check that your details are correct: names, phone number, date and time, pickup and drop-off addresses, flight number, number of passengers and luggage. We plan your journey on the information you give us.
Prices
- Our prices are per vehicle, not per person, unless stated otherwise, and always include a professional chauffeur.
- Prices are set in Moroccan dirhams (MAD). Prices shown in euros, US dollars or pounds are approximate and given for convenience only.
- Prices shown on this website are starting rates. The final price depends on the itinerary, duration, waiting time, season and any special requests, and is confirmed with your booking.
- Tolls, parking, accommodation and exceptional expenses may be added where applicable. Extra waiting time, excess luggage, peak periods and special requests may also carry a charge. We always tell you before you travel.
- There is no extra charge for night flights, or for extra passengers within the vehicle’s capacity.
- Chauffeur-by-the-hour bookings include the hours and kilometres stated. Extra hours and kilometres are charged at the rates on our Services & Prices page.
Payment
You can pay in cash, by bank transfer, by card or by secure online payment.
Depending on the service, we may ask for full payment or a deposit to confirm your booking. We tell you the amount, and when any balance is due, when we confirm.
Cancellations and changes
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may carry a cancellation fee.
- If you are not at the agreed place at the agreed time and we cannot reach you, the booking counts as a no-show and is non-refundable.
- To change a booking, message us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, and confirm any change in price before it applies.
- Any refund due is made, where possible, with the payment method you used.
If we ever have to cancel, for example because of a breakdown or an event beyond our control, we will offer you an equivalent vehicle or a full refund of what you paid for that journey.
Airport pickups and waiting time
- Please give us your flight number when you book. We monitor your flight and adjust your pickup to its actual arrival time.
- You have 60 minutes of free waiting after your flight lands. After that, extra waiting time may be charged.
- Your chauffeur meets you in the arrivals hall and helps with your luggage. If you are held up at passport control or baggage claim, please message us so we know.
- For all other pickups, please be ready at the agreed time and place. Extra waiting time may be charged.
Vehicles and chauffeurs
- We confirm your vehicle, or one of the same category, with your booking. You can ask for a specific vehicle, subject to availability.
- Our chauffeurs are professional drivers, selected and trained to our standards. Multilingual service is available depending on the chauffeur assigned.
- Your chauffeur follows Moroccan traffic law and may adapt the route or timing for safety, traffic or road conditions.
Passengers, luggage, children and pets
- The number of passengers may not exceed the seats in the vehicle: up to 7 in our Mercedes-Benz Vito.
- Please tell us how much luggage you have when you book. Luggage space depends on the number of passengers, and we may not be able to carry luggage that does not fit safely.
- Child seats are available on request and must be asked for when you book. Children travel in a seat suited to their age and size.
- Pets are welcome on request, preferably in a suitable carrier.
- Seat belts must be worn at all times.
On board
We want every journey to be comfortable for everyone. For the safety and comfort of passengers and chauffeur:
- Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not allowed in our vehicles.
- Your chauffeur may refuse or end a journey if a passenger’s behaviour puts anyone’s safety at risk, or if the journey would break the law.
- Damage to the vehicle, or soiling that needs special cleaning, may be charged at cost.
- Please check that you have all your belongings before you leave the vehicle. We will do our best to return anything left behind, but we cannot be held responsible for it.
Delays and events beyond our control
We plan every journey with a safe margin, but we are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as heavy traffic, weather, road closures, police checks, accidents, strikes or airport disruption. Please allow enough time for flights, trains and appointments, especially on departure.
If such an event prevents us from providing the service, we will look for a solution with you, or refund what you paid for the journey that could not take place.
Our responsibility
Our vehicles are insured as required by Moroccan law. Unless the law provides otherwise, our liability for a booking is limited to the price paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as missed flights, connections, hotel nights or events.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Bookings made by partners
When a hotel, riad, travel agency or other partner books on behalf of its guests, the partner passes these terms on to them and, unless agreed otherwise, pays for the booking. Commercial terms with partners are set out in a separate agreement.
Questions and complaints
If something is not right, please tell your chauffeur or message us as soon as possible, ideally during or right after your journey, so we can put it right. We answer every complaint and aim to resolve it fairly.
Applicable law and changes
These terms are governed by Moroccan law, including Law 31-08 on consumer protection. If a dispute cannot be settled amicably, the courts of Marrakech have jurisdiction. If you live outside Morocco, you keep any protection given to you by the mandatory laws of your country.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your booking is the one in force on the day you book.
